| Brief History Investment in real properties and their development are believed to have significant impact to investors and real estate practitioners - the work force in the industry and to the community as a whole. It played a major role in alleviate and enhance standard of living. In the year 2000, when a simple dream was conceptualized, to develop a consulting yard firm that would cater to provide solutions that will enhance the real estate industry. The firm started in the middle of year 2005 in a residential address located within San Jose Extension, Dumaguete City with a humble starting capital of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) only and with only one staff. Clients went to the house day after day asking for outright solutions related to real properties and other related concerns. Word of mouth from satisfied customers spread like wildfire that became the sole means of advertisement of the firm. A year after, we decided to relocate to a new business address more customer-friendly to better serve the increasing volume of our ever growing clientele. The new office was put up with a little help from friends who donated tables, chairs, office machines and equipments to sustain its operations. The site is located within the RBS Building, along the corner of Ma. Cristina and San Jose Streets with a proud signage of RKY Consultancy Services. Our new business address is a far more decent place to conduct business as compared to our former Dumaguete Rural Bank, Inc. office address in terms of space and amenities. Now, we are able to service the needs our clientele with a new sense of ease and comfort. The business name RKY means ?Ricardo Konsult Yard? - a consultancy firm that aims to provide solutions in all aspects in the real estate industry, related concepts and developments similar to a yard of all things, a sole proprietorship founded, owned and personally managed by Mr. Ricardito B.
